DekTek Tile Sealer – Bright Kure & Seal

Protect and enhance the beauty of your DekTek Tile deck with Bright Kure & Seal, a premium solvent-based concrete sealer designed for decorative concrete surfaces.

Available in both Gloss and Matte finishes, Bright Kure & Seal helps protect DekTek Tiles from moisture, weather exposure, and freeze-thaw cycles while enhancing the natural color and appearance of your deck.

Coverage

First Time Sealing

• Approximately 200 square feet per gallon

Maintenance Re-Sealing

• Dilute sealer 50/50 with Xylene
• Approximately 400 square feet per gallon of sealer

Application Instructions - 

• Apply before installing tiles whenever possible to allow sealing of tile edges.
• Use a 1/2" nap roller and roller pan.
• Apply one even coat.
• Do not seal the underside of the tiles.
• Follow manufacturer's temperature and ventilation requirements.
• Seal tiles within 21 days of delivery.

Re-Sealing Recommendations

DekTek Tile requires re-sealing every 3 years, especially in colder climates, to maximize protection against freeze-thaw conditions and extend the life of your deck.

For re-sealing, dilute Bright Kure & Seal approximately 50/50 with Xylene before application.

Optional Slip Resistance

For additional traction. Recommended for all decks, especially on:

• Stairs
• Pool decks
• Snow-prone areas

Add Shark Grip® slip-resistant additive to the sealer during application.

Important

• Do not use water-based sealers.
• Do not use penetrating sealers.
• Always follow manufacturer application instructions and safety guidelines.
